How to Check Salik Balance?

Salik is an automatic electronic toll collection system used at the toll gates in UAE. It is governed by rules and regulations that control violations and disputes. It’s essential to check your Salik balance from time to time.

In Dubai, it’s essential to have a Salik Tag or pay the Salik fee as a road user. When passing through the toll gates with a low Salik account balance, the system will record your vehicle, and you will have 10 days to make the payment. Failure to do so will result in a violation of the rules being applied under the Salik System. Make sure to keep your Salik account topped up to avoid any issues during your commute.

Consequently, road users who do not possess a Salik Tag and pass through a Toll area will be subjected to strict fines.
