How to Deactivate DU Daily Data Package 2 AED 60Mb Data?
Daily du packages are valid for 24 hours, and then they will automatically renew every day. If you lose 2 AED every day as a result of the data bundles, please follow one of the options below to deactivate them.
Daily Data Plans: (2 AED, 3 AED & 4 AED, 5.25 AED)
This method works for most of the deactivation of daily, monthly data bundles and recurrent packages. I have added some additional methods below if these ones do not work.
Method 1:
You can easily deactivate the 2 dhs 60MB data package by sending a text message to *135*6# and then choosing the appropriate option to unsubscribe.
Method 2:
Setting safe internet in DU. Safe internet service allows you to set a daily data limit. Dial *135*11# and then choose option 1.
Method 3:
- Dial *135*7# OR *135*5#
- Choose “5” -> Data offers
- Choose “3” -> Daily data bundles
- Choose “1” -> For daily data bundles
- Choose “2” -> To unsubscribe from the current bundles
- Choose “1” -> To confirm unsubscription
Method 4:
- Send SMS STOP DATA to 1355
Method 5:
- Send SMS CDP2 to 1012
Method 6:
- Send SMS QUITDO to 5050
How to Deactivate Du Daily Data Package of 3 AED?
You can deactivate the 3 AED packages using the same steps I mentioned above. For those of you who do not succeed in deactivating via the above steps, follow the below instructions.
- Dial *055*777#
- The pop up will appear with the option to deactivate
- Enter the appropriate number for deactivation
How to Deactivate DU Monthly Data Bundle?
Monthly Data Plans: (25 AED, 30 AED 55 AED, 110 AED)
The same steps that I described above can be used to disable the monthly data packages as well. If you have not been able to deactivate via the above method, follow the instructions below.
Method 1:
- Dial *135*5#
- The pop up will appear with 3 option, to activate, deactivate and exit
- Choose the appropriate number for deactivation
Method 2:
- Send SMS
- QUITDO
- to 5050
How to Deactivate DU NON-Stop Data Bundle? (50AED)
If you have not been able to deactivate via the above method, follow the instructions below.
Method 1:
- Dial *135*120#
- The pop up will appear with two option, to deactivate and exit
- Press 2 to deactivate
- SMS will be sent to confirm your deactivation
Method 2:
- Dial *135*5#
- The pop up will appear with three option, to activate, deactivate and exit
- Press 2 to deactivate the non-stop data
- Press 1 to confirm
How to Check if the Plan is Deactivated or not?
Usually, you will receive an SMS once it is processed, if not try the below
- Dial *135*120#
Press 1
You will get an SMS with the plan status
How to Deactivate DU Social Package?
In order to unsubscribe from the du daily social package whether it’s daily or unlimited, simply dial *135*7# OR *135*5# and followed by 5, 3, 2, 2, 1.
Method 1:
For Daily Social Data Bundle
- Dial *135*7# OR *135*5#
- Choose “5” -> Data offers
- Choose “3” -> Daily data bundles
- Choose “2” -> For daily social data bundles
- Choose “2” -> To unsubscribe from the current bundles
- Choose “1” -> To confirm unsubscription
For Unlimited Social Data Bundle
- Dial *135*7# OR *135*5#
- Choose “5” -> Data offers
- Choose “3” -> Non-stop data bundles
- Choose “2” -> For non-stop social data bundles
- Choose “2” -> To unsubscribe from the current bundles
- Choose “1” -> To confirm unsubscription

How to Deactivate International Call Offers?
- Send SMS
- QUITINT to 5050
