When you opt for auto-renewal plans, at the end of every 30 days, your plan gets renewed for a new subscription. To stop that, find the below ways to cancel the Botim in DU.
For Prepaid Plan:
Dial *135*35# or SMS ‘Stop Netcall’ to 1355.
For Postpaid Plan:
SMS ‘Stop Netcall’ to 1355.
For Fixed (Home only):
Follow this link to unsubscribe by logging in to your account.
If you’re a Prepaid customer, the plan will stay active until the expiry date from the activation date (30 days). If you’re Postpaid or a Home customer, the ICP plan will deactivate instantly.
We advise deactivating your old plans if you are not interested in your current data plan or switching to another operator, or leaving UAE.
